  17. I have two USR modems, a Sportster and a Courier and I like them both. I 
  18. had a defective Courier PCMCIA modem and I shipped it back to USR on a 
  19. Monday and they had a new modem aat my house on Wednesday. I don't know 
  20. how much better service you can ask for.
